Position Overview
The Operations Head will lead, manage, and scale all field and program operations related to women empowerment, education, skill development, and community engagement. This role ensures effective program delivery, high-impact outcomes, compliance, team coordination, and strategic execution across multiple project locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Strategy & Implementation
Develop and execute operational strategies for women empowerment, education, livelihood, digital literacy, and gender equality programs.
Design frameworks for training modules, community interventions, and capacity-building initiatives.
Ensure programs align with organizational vision, donor requirements, and SDG goals.
2. Operations & Field Management
Lead daily operations across project sites ensuring smooth functioning of centers, training hubs, and outreach activities.
Set performance standards and ensure consistent delivery of services to beneficiaries.
Manage field staff, trainers, coordinators, and volunteers.
3. Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL)
Establish monitoring and evaluation systems to track impact and outcomes.
Collect and analyze data to measure program effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and impact statements for internal teams and donors.
4. Stakeholder & Donor Management
Liaise with government departments, community leaders, partner NGOs, and corporates.
Support fundraising teams by providing operational insights and participating in donor presentations.
Ensure compliance with CSR reporting norms and donor-specific requirements.
5. Budgeting & Resource Management
Create and oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Education, Gender Studies, or related fields (preferred).
5+ years of experience in NGO or social development operations.
Experience in managing CSR-funded projects, government partnerships, or large-scale field programs.
